Pomelli, Luma Agents & Cinematic Character Control

Hello Friend,
Welcome back to the Generative Path, your weekly infusion of AI-powered creativity curated by ZenRobot to keep you ahead of the curve with the latest tools, trends, and techniques.
Generative AI is moving fast, and the ZenRobot Gen AI Academy was built to help creators keep up and actually build with these tools. The academy is live, and members are already working through the first projects. Inside the subscription hub you’ll get: new hands-on lessons every week covering all the tools and techniques you need to know. If you’ve been saving AI ideas but haven’t turned them into projects yet, this is a good place to start.

This week is all about turning brand identity into ready-to-use content. Pomelli, a new Google Labs experiment, analyzes your website to generate on-brand marketing campaigns and assets in minutes. We’re also exploring how Luma Agents can place characters into scenes and generate cinematic angles automatically, spotlighting AI explorer Israel Ayliffe, and looking at Luma’s growing role in the future of generative storytelling. Add Felty Radio and a fresh AI vs. Reality challenge, and you’re ready to create.
Feature of the Week: Pomelli
Pomelli is a new AI experiment from Google Labs designed to help businesses generate on-brand marketing campaigns quickly. Instead of starting with prompts or templates, Pomelli begins by analyzing your website to understand your brand. It extracts elements like tone of voice, color palette, fonts, and imagery to create what Google calls a “Business DNA” profile.
Once that profile is established, Pomelli can generate tailored campaign ideas and produce ready-to-use marketing assets such as social media visuals, ad creatives, and promotional copy. Because everything is grounded in the Business DNA, the outputs stay consistent with the brand’s style and messaging across channels.
For creators and small teams, the real value is speed and consistency. Instead of brainstorming campaigns and designing assets from scratch, Pomelli turns a website into a starting point for content creation. Helping translate a brand’s identity into campaigns that are ready to refine and publish.
Creative Hack: Luma Agent Character Placement
Want to place the same character into a scene and generate multiple cinematic angles without rebuilding each shot from scratch? Luma Agents make this surprisingly simple.
Start by defining your character and scene in a single prompt or reference image. From there, the agent can generate a sequence of variations, wide shots, close ups, and alternate camera angles while keeping the character consistent across each frame. Instead of prompting every shot manually, the agent handles the planning and generation across the scene.
This works because Luma Agents coordinate multiple AI models behind the scenes and maintains shared project context across images and video. The system can generate, iterate, and refine visual assets while preserving character identity and scene continuity, making it easier to explore different cinematic perspectives quickly.
Community Spotlight: Israel Ayliffe
Israel Ayliffe is an AI explorer driven by curiosity about what generative tools can really do. Through hands-on experimentation with platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney, he turns discoveries into visual stories, prompt frameworks, and practical tools that help others use AI with confidence. Without a traditional technical background, Israel’s work shows how curiosity and experimentation can make AI more accessible, useful, and creatively exciting for everyone.
This Week’s Flow State: Felty Radio
Drift into the mellow rhythm of Felty Radio on Spotify. With smooth lofi beats, warm chord progressions, and soft, nostalgic textures, this playlist creates a calm space for focus and creativity. It’s subtle and steady, making it an ideal companion for studying, working, or easing into a quiet moment. Press play and let the relaxed groove carry you along.

AI Trend: Luma Agents
Luma AI is pushing the boundaries of generative media with its vision of building multimodal AI that understands and creates across video, 3D, and the physical world. Tools like Dream Machine are helping creators turn ideas into cinematic visuals in minutes, combining fast generation with increasingly realistic motion and scene understanding. As these models evolve, Luma is positioning itself as a key player in the next wave of AI-powered storytelling.
AI vs. Reality: Can You Tell the Difference?
This week, we’ve got a brand-new pair of images to test your perception again. Think you can tell which is AI-made and which is the real deal? Take your guess and we’ll reveal the answer in the next issue!

Last week, we kicked off our AI vs. Reality face-off with street views, and now for the moment of truth, if you guessed the right one was the real deal, you got it right. The left image was created with Midjourney showing off the program’s amazing ability at generating realistic images.
