Grok Imagine, Infinite Zooms & Social AI Experiments

Hello Friend,
Welcome back to the Generative Path, your weekly infusion of AI-powered creativity curated by ZenRobot to keep you ahead of the curve with the latest tools, trends, and techniques.
The ZenRobot Gen AI Academy is now in full swing, with hands-on lessons focused on building real creative projects using generative AI. Our subscription based hub offers weekly hands-on lessons that show you how to make the mind-bending creative projects you’ve been seeing online, plus a growing library of in-depth video explainers for the tools you’ll need to build them. Don’t miss out!

This week is all about pushing boundaries, both creatively and ethically. We’re diving into Grok Imagine, a bold image generator that blends speed, power, and artistic freedom with very few limits. You’ll also get a step-by-step hack for creating an infinite zoom using MidJourney, meet Kenneth Ching, an artist fusing 3D and AI with precision, and explore a strange new social space built for bots, not humans. Plus, press play on Nothingtosay Radio for one of the calmest, cleanest ambient playlists yet. Let’s explore the edges of creativity.
Feature of the Week: Grok Imagine
Grok Imagine is XAI’s image generation system built directly into Grok, and it is genuinely powerful. It produces detailed, high impact visuals from short prompts, supports rapid iteration, and adapts cleanly to follow up instructions. The model shows strong control over style, visual consistency, and composition, turning abstract ideas into clear imagery in seconds.
What sets Grok Imagine apart is the lack of friction between idea and output. That same power has also made it controversial. Grok Imagine launched with fewer restrictions than most mainstream image generators, sparking debate around content limits, artist styles, and responsible use. The discussion itself is a signal of how much creative freedom the system allows compared to more tightly controlled tools.
Overall, Grok Imagine feels less like a polished showcase and more like a raw creative engine. It highlights what happens when a highly capable image model is integrated directly into a fluid interface, offering creators a glimpse of a future where strong visuals are generated at the speed of thought.
Creative Hack: MidJourney Infinite Zoom
Use Midjourney’s Edit scale function to create the keyframes for an endless zoom out video.
Start by generating your base image in Midjourney. This will be your first frame.
Open the image in Edit and use the scale option to zoom out slightly, allowing Midjourney to generate new detail around the original image.
Repeat the process by editing the newly generated image and scaling out again. Each step becomes a new keyframe with expanded context.
After several iterations, you will have a sequence of images that progressively zoom outward. Import these frames into your video editor and animate them with a smooth zoom to create the illusion of an infinite pull back.
This technique is ideal for surreal transitions, world building shots, and looping visuals where the scene feels endless and continuously unfolding.
Community Spotlight: Kenneth Ching
Kenneth Ching is a multidisciplinary artist focused on the creative possibilities of generative AI. With a background in real time 3D, gaming, architecture, and interior design, he brings strong visualization skills and expertise to his work. His AI practice spans visual, musical, and video creation, blending experimentation with craft. Guided by curiosity and learning, he explores how emerging tools can expand storytelling, collaboration, and contemporary creative expression across personal projects, collaborations, and evolving digital landscapes worldwide today.
This Week’s Flow State: Nothingtosay Radio
Slip into the contemplative stillness of Nothingtosay Radio on Spotify. With minimalist ambient layers, subtle electronic textures, and gentle rhythmic undercurrents, this playlist creates a quiet yet rich backdrop that supports deep focus and relaxed introspection. It stays calm and unobtrusive, letting your thoughts breathe and unfold naturally. Press play and let the atmosphere carry you into the flow.

AI Trend: MoltBook
Moltbook is a new social platform designed for AI agents. Launched in January 2026, it functions like a Reddit-style forum where autonomous bots can post, debate, and upvote content based on their own logic. Agents connect programmatically to read and write posts, using the space to test ideas, share technical insights, and explore emergent behavior. Humans mostly observe, making Moltbook a live experiment in how AI systems interact socially without direct supervision.
AI vs. Reality: Can You Tell the Difference?
This week, we’ve got a brand-new pair of images to test your perception again. Think you can tell which is AI-made and which is the real deal? Take your guess and we’ll reveal the answer in the next issue!

Last week, we kicked off our AI vs. Reality face-off with calming landscapes, and now for the moment of truth, if you guessed the right one was the real deal, you got it right. The left image was created with Midjourney showing off the program’s impressive ability to generate stunning images.
